Description
California saw a burst of climate action planning in the late 2000s. The young field struggled with how to do GHG emissions inventories and how to develop meaningful, effective policy. Many communities are now well into implementation of their climate action plans and some have begun their first round of plan updates. This session will look at lessons learned from these pioneer communities in the field: what works, what doesn’t, and what needs to be done next. Moderator: Tammy Seale, Michael Baker International
