Abstract/Summary
Implementing Project Management Methodologies into Mustang News’ Social Media Team combines the practices of efficient project management with the design knowledge required to create a brochure containing essential material. This project includes an observation of on-going issues in the workspace along with a guide to aid current and futures teams in developing streamlined processes.
