Abstract

As an aspiring leader in Agricultural Education and a dedicated member of the Cal Poly Rodeo team, I was presented with the unique opportunity to organize a fundraiser for Jack's Helping Hand, a non-profit organization aiding children with cancer and special needs. This remarkable experience, coupled with my ongoing academic pursuits, sparked an idea for my master's project: creating a comprehensive handbook for future event planners of the rodeo team.
