Abstract
While the Poly Royal Leadership Class provides a valuable platform for student involvement in large scale event planning, the structure lacked consistency in leadership development methods, project management tools, and hands-on training simulations, resulting in uneven engagement, limited collaboration efficiency, and varied preparedness levels among student leaders and committee members.
