Abstract
The Agriculture Incentive Grant provides annual funding for secondary agriculture programs. All schools must meet eleven criteria which are reviewed by their Regional Supervisor to ensure the continuance of this funding. Programs that do not fulfill these requirements will have funding reduced or removed allowing schools that are going above and beyond to receive additional monies. Nipomo High School Agriculture Department is an active program that provides countless opportunities for students to develop in the classroom, through leadership experiences and through project based learning. The narrative and validating documents behind each of the eleven quality criteria included showcase the dynamic program.
