Abstract
Headstart Nursery started as a supplier of bell pepper transplants to Christopher Ranch, a large produce company in Gilroy, CA. Their first season was so successful they decided to expand their offerings to other produce transplants and even flowers. Today they are a large transplant supplier of both conventional and organic produce.
