Abstract
Sierra Nevada Brewing was started to “…brew beers we love to drink”, according to founder and CEO Ken Grossman. Started in 1979, Sierra Nevada is considered one of the initiators of the craft beer industry. They follow a push marketing strategy, and are known for innovative human resource management, a commitment to sustainability and for making good beer.
