Abstract

The Large Synoptic Survey Telescope Commissioning Camera (LSST ComCam) is a smaller version of the LSST camera that will be installed for operation atop Cerro Pachon in northern Chile for early integration and testing. ComCam is composed of a single science raft tower module (RTM) containing nine 4K x 4K LSST science charge-coupled devices (CCDs), three raft electronics boards (REBs), and a dual thermal control system. Data from the 9 CCDs, resistance thermal detectors (RTDs), and power usage on the ComCam were collected for thermal analysis in order to understand the thermal behavior of the system.
