Resolution Contents

Aligns Cal Poly’s exam retention policy with the CSU policy, specifically with sections 4.2.20, 4.2.22, and 4.2.24 of the CSU policy. It also resolves that in all cases, either digital or physical retention of records and materials is permissible. In the case of final projects falling under 4.2.20 that produce large physical artifacts, retention of a digital record such as a photo may be appropriate. And it resolves that the language in the appropriate section of the Academic Programs website shall be updated.
