Administration must formalize MPP appointment policies in CAP by Spring 2022 in consultation with Faculty Affairs Committee, all MPP appointments for positions affecting areas of faculty concern involve timely, substantive consultation with the Academic Senate or Academic Senate Executive Committee, and Emergency MPP appointments should standardly be interim and followed by a full search for a permanent appointment during the academic year.
