Professor Jim Locascio has served on the California Polytechnic Academic Senate for twenty-three years; and Professor Locascio has passionately represented Cal Poly on the statewide Academic Senate, raising concerns about a multitude of issues such as student mental health and well-being and the system set aside; and that the Academic Senate commend Professor Locascio for his unwavering, 29 career-long commitment to Cal Poly and the California State University system.
