Faculty evaluations should be based on department, college, and university RPT criteria; when criteria change faculty be given appropriate time to accommodate the changes; RPT criteria should be discipline-specific including a definition of the Teacher-Scholar Model; and the Academic Senate Faculty Affairs Committee serve as a resource for best RPT practices.
