Resolution Contents

Resolves that after all Academic Senate action on UFPP policy revisions is completed in AY 2025-26, the Academic Senate Faculty Affairs Committee implement a final update to UFPP for AY 2026-27 specifically to change references to a quarter calendar into semester or term-neutral procedures, and any other procedural matters that no longer align with current administrative processes; and further resolves that FAC provide a written report to the Academic Senate Executive Committee providing an account of all such procedural revisions implemented after the conclusion of the Academic Senate’s meeting schedule for AY 2025-26; and be it further that after summer 2026 any further updates to procedures described in UFPP continue to use existing consent agenda or business item (i.e. resolution) based changes to UFPP.
