Resolution Contents

Resolves that UFPP 12.2 be revised effective Fall 2026 according to the attached documents; and further resolves that colleges and departments update their office hours policies to conform with the revisions to UFPP 12.2; and be it further that, when published on the Academic Programs and Planning website, the scaling of the office hours to instructional workload shall be translated into both minutes and credit hours; and further resolves that Cal Poly prioritize the development of a directory of faculty office hours accessible within the portal.
