Abstract
This internship/project report includes validation documents required in meeting the quality criteria for secondary-level programs of instruction in agriculture. The documents are concurrently used for the Agriculture Incentive Grant review process at Ripon High School conducted by representatives of the California Department of Education. The internship included the development of a complete curriculum for Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW). The curriculum included all necessary classroom presentation materials as well as complete assessment tools for both lab and classroom activities. Accompanying the curriculum is a grant written to purchase a new state of the art TIG welding machine and enough consumable products to teach the unit to industry standards.
