Green Building - Operations, Maintenance, and Renovations
Abstract
Documenting sustainable operations for LEED™ EB Certification elicits the expertise and involvement of numerous campus departments, off-campus professionals, and building occupants. In this session, three universities will present how LEED™ EB Teams were formulated, discuss the relation of campus policies and procedures to the certification process, and provide current certification status updates. UC Irvine is certifying a lab building, UC Santa Cruz is certifying an engineering building, and Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo is certifying an office building.
