This video looks at the cause of system behavior as being like an iceberg. This idea was proposed by Peter Senge in his book, "The Fifth Discipline" (1990), Doubleday Publishers. Abstract
This video looks at the causes of a human system behavior by drawing an analogy to an iceberg. The iceberg analogy was proposed by Peter Senge in his book The Fifth Discipline (1990). This videos is based on the Sustainability Learning Suites created by Jane Qiong Zhang and Linda Vanasupa in association with Julie Zimmerman and Jim Mihelcic.
