Abstract

Details design elements of a physical space created for the purpose of economic and community development, where the guiding principles of design enable self-organizing sustainable systems for developing commerce, enterprise, business, and talent to work streams. The primary assumption is that if individuals in the community know their talent and are able to connect that talent to work with passion, meaning, and purpose, the community will thrive.
