Submission Guidelines for Industrial Technology and Packaging

Who Can Submit

Industrial Technology and Packaging on the DigitalCommons@CalPoly only accepts advisor-approved senior projects created under the auspices of California Polytechnic State University.

How to Submit

Students are advised to first consult with your advisor on your specific departmental policies and procedures regarding senior projects. For submission instructions and to download the Senior Project Requirement Form, visit the Kennedy Library website at http://lib.calpoly.edu/need-help/seniorprojects/.

Overview of the Process

Please consult your advisor, department and the Senior Projects page on the Kennedy Library website for full details on the process.

You will provide your final project along with your Senior Project Requirement Form to your advisor. After your advisor approves your project and signs the form, you will turn this form into your department. You will then upload your advisor-approved project to the DigitalCommons@CalPoly. After you upload your paper, the library will verify and confirm the data entry and digital access settings and then make it public on the site. You will be notified by e-mail when the paper is posted.

Author Review

Authors will have one opportunity to review the abstract, citation and related data before the senior project is publicly available on the site; therefore, please be sure that the project is ready for public distribution. Once a completed Senior Project Requirement Form is received by the Kennedy Library, the project will be made publicly available. Once the paper is publicly available, authors will no longer be able to make changes or revisions.
