Abstract

This project was designed to outline a HACCP-based program that could be used for the start-up of Central Coast Creameries personal plan. The goal was to first provide a layout to more easily distinguish the hazards that the plant might face. After doing so the HACCP plan was made to eliminate those hazards both efficiently and successfully.
