Abstract
This report contains documentation of the inspiration, research, and physical process included in the creation of the Dexter book. Dexter refers to the Walter F. Dexter building, or Building 34 on the Cal Poly Campus, which is home to the Art & Design Department, as well as Landscape Architecture and the ROTC program. The book itself is a compilation of photography accompanied by original text, which explore the “unofficial art” that can be found around the building.
