Abstract/Summary
The Shell House has been a wonder of Poly Canyon's Experimental Laboratory for over 50 years. The structure was built in 1964, at a time when these experimental structures were being encouraged in the canyon. This report is an evaluation of the seismic performance of the Shell House in an effort to understand new modeling techniques. The evaluation utilizes these computer programs to map the complex geometry of the Shell House.
