Abstract

This manual provides detailed, step-by-step directions for Santa Cruz Animal Health Sales Representatives learning to navigate a complicated computer system. The procedures provide a background and summary of when to use certain procedures as well as troubleshooting strategies in which sales representatives can refer to. The manual provides multiple images for each procedure to enhance clarity and consistency. A reference section provides detailed information about specific UltraCruz products as well as animal health products that are of frequent concern for customers.
