Abstract
This internship/project report includes validation documents required in meeting the quality criteria for secondary- level programs of instruction in agriculture. The documents are concurrently used for the Agriculture Incentive Grant review process at Independence High School conducted by representatives of the California Department of Education. The internship included the development of a chapter website to provide information and publicity for the Independence FFA Chapter. It serves as a repository of chapter information and documents, a home for current information, and as a public face for the chapter. The project also includes the development of an Advisory Committee for Independence High School. This plan includes a constitution, host 2 committee meetings and attaches minutes, along with establishing a recognition program for committee members. Finally, it includes the implementation of an Alumni Association parent group to help support the FFA program. This includes by-laws and a constitution, alumni charter, and agendas and minutes from two meetings.
